THE GOAL: Improve in Ten Weeks


To coincide with a planned trip to Louisville, I will ramp up all efforts to push myself harder in the gym and eat healthier. I am now working out chest and arms twice a week. Any cardio will come solely from tennis. Wish me luck!

Answer, actually a guess: Kentucky Derby, 10 weeks from now! And we welcome Brett to our fair town if this is where he's headed! I, myself, am in Puerto Vallarta working on a competition level tan, for Derby!
