Blogger Bud Fest 2009
I woke up feeling like a new Kelly Clarkson song. I hate to admit it, but I am really fond of my blogger buds. My life would suck without you. Can we please put down our electronic devices and consider a Blogger Bud Fest in 2009?
I realize the economy is shitty and the weather is cold as a Witch's Tit, but we only live once. Don't let our lives pass us by! Now I am sounding all Sarah McLachlan.
SF in 2009? Or maybe a gay cruise? Anyone up for it?

There's really nothing like putting a face with a name. Did this in NYC last summer and met some great folks.
Come to Australia for Mardi Gras...
We're eyeing the Grand Baltic Cruise at the end of July through Atlantis. A blogger Hoo-Ha there would be fantastic.
Sounds great. Might I recommend not doing it over a weekend like Pride. There is so much going on and it always seems like the group gets pulled in different directions.
I can't afford a gay cruise this year, but am willing to host a party in San Francisco - Moby is right - Pride makes it difficult to see everyone.
We could do something over Dore Alley or some other weekend (Folsom is too big as well).
I am certainly up for a road trip. I met a bunch of bloggers in '07 and had a great time - would love to meet more in '09!
I can barely afford to eat let alone go away for a blogger thingy.
But, if worse come to worse, I guess I can peddle my ass for some travel money. Again.
In lieu of me not being able to attend, can you at least post pics of everybody all drunk 'n shit and having a good time? :)
Keep me in the loop....I'm always interested in at least entertaining the idea.
If it's affordable, I can save some vacation time. I'd love to join you all. It will give me a reason to stick to my diet.
I love my blogger buddies too. I wish I could meet them all someday.
I would be up for a blogfest somewhere...

I vote Minneapolis-- in summer. That way I won't have to travel

I totally agree with Moby. SF at a time that is NOT pride because it's just too crazy. Perhaps a three-day weekend like Memorial Day or Labor Day?
