God. It sucks to be a Republican right-winged hate mongerer right now. This is surely a sign from God that your movement preaches false gospel and is now being punished. How is that other spreader of false doctrine doing? Pat Robertson and his creepy 700 Club. Is Pat's ticker doing okay? What about that scary out-of-touch-with-reality James Dobson?Is this wrong of me? Nope. I don't think so. I, along with countless others, have suffered the moral judgement of Jerry Falwell. He brainwashed generations of Americans that my very existence was an abomination. Good riddance. Hopefully, the next generation of Holy Rollers will look into their hearts AND use their brains before they start spitting out untruths to the detriment of many.

Do you think he will have a skinner neck in hell? I think he will sweat out all that hate there... I wonder if Phelps is worried that his calling to hell is coming?
So, can I say how happy that he's burning in hell right now. Does that make me a bad person? He was nothing but a major league fuck up and a waste of humanity.
Brett: I cna agree with the last sentence of your post. BTW, Jerry Falwell was not a "Holy Roller" as is Pat Robertson.
As for looking into their hearts, I agree. None of us is without sin. Sometimes these spokesmen have spoken as if they were sinless, which is not true. CB
Sin? The man was the very definition of sin. He spread hate and intolerance wherever he went. He made the last 10 years his personal crusade against gays/lesbians.
I hope he comes back as a woman in the middle east. He can learn the very definition of oppression and misery then. Talk about karma!

I know. I was thinking of that old saying...not sure of the exact wording, but the gist of it is that the acid does much more damage to the vessel that contains it than what it's poured out on to...I'm just sayin'...

I can't say that I'm unhappy about his passing. Far from that. I hated the man and what he stood for.

Hey All! After the infamous blaming of gays for 9/11, Rev. Falwell did publicly ask forgiveness for those comments. I am not into the lifestyle of most who post here...but that said, I hold no hatred towards any who are in that lifestyle.
BTW, that retraction of his was broadcast on ABC's Good Morning America this morning. CB
