"You two act more like a couple now that you are NOT a couple."
"You two act more like a couple now that you are NOT a couple." Those were the famous words from my friend Steve last night. He had his heart broke recently, but we shockingly found him together with the heartbreaker last night at the Pub. And here we were... me and E.Shrew... hanging out together. It was a defining moment. We could only sigh and say, "Yes... we know."It's true. Now that we were single, we are treating each other better. We still talk on the phone, hang out together, and imitate porn stars between the sheets. Is it fucked up? You bet your sweet ass! It has been GOOOOOOOD. We are behaving as if we had just met and going through the courtship rituals.
Where do we go from here? I am not sure. It feels like we still have a relationship. Of course, we have to iron out some "THORNY ISSUES", but we may get back together. Don't be surprised. Stay tuned for... "As Brett World Turns..." (which has to be more riveting than Scotty's Weekend updates)

For what it is worth, my ex and I have been apart 5 years and we get along better now than the 13 we were together - and still act like we are together when we are together - am going over tonight - still makes the best chili in the world - honest to God Cincinniti chili...
I can't wait for the scene when that evil temptress Homer shows up...
Sometimes, we have to take a step back.... reassess the situation and go from there.
Just take it "One day at a time!"
DON~

Scotty: I was employing your technique to check whether YOU really read my blog. I am getting you back! Ha ha! Yes, your weekend updates can be riveting. I was just kidding boo to get a rise out of YOU.
Yep, the divorce sex can be great, lead to a reconciliation for me...now years later it's the same as it was, and that ain't good! We have gone thru a lot together over the years sometimes it's good sometimes it isn't. Overall he has never changed so be happy with what you have or move on.
hey - nothing wrong with playing when you know it's not going to lead to anything, right? huh? right?
